From the Trip: Harmony

This sign just about sums up what is available to you in the tiny town of Harmony. Oh, there is wine tasting just up the road a bit. Still, there isn't much to Harmony, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't stop in for a visit.

Harmony, population 18, is on Highway 1 between Morro Bay and Cambria. We stopped to let our sons see glassblowing and then explored the town a bit.
The old creamery.

The view from "Main st."

The pottery studio. There are lots of lovely pieces in there.

Harmony has lots of picture perfect spots. The crumbling walls of the creamery and this old bicycle made me feel like I was in Europe again.

Some pretty, blue doors.

And some rusted, old trucks.

We didn't stop for wine tasting with the 3 little ones, but the glassblowing shop was great. They were very accommodating and nice to us, the people bringing their 3 small children into a shop filled with lovely, breakable items. We watched the glassblowers for a while.
Stop in and you can too.
